Passengers Being Left Stranded On Clare Bus Routes Dubbed ‘Attack On Rural Ireland’

Passengers being stranded across a number of rural bus routes in Clare is being described as ‘an attack on rural Ireland’.

Elected representatives have raised concerns about public buses driving past what were designated ‘safe points’ along public service obligation routes in recent times.

It’s believed those looking to travel to and from Ennis and Shannon in particular are having to consider waiting at alternative stops further away from them as a result.
