The Chair of Loop Head Tourism believes the hospitality sector needs to be more desirable for workers ahead of the summer season.

Failte Ireland is predicting a significant recovery of overseas tourism this year with the level of international travel set to be at its highest in three years.

The tourism body has unveiled a new recovery plan which aims to address the major staffing crisis within the industry in Clare and elsewhere.
