Survivors of Carrickmines fire move into new site

The survivors of the Carrickmines fire have moved into an emergency accommodation at a site in south county Dublin.

The 15 people who survived the blaze on the Glenamuck Road tow weeks ago, have moved into 5 prefabricated homes on the nearby Ballyogan Road.

The new halting site has been set up at a car park on council land.

It's reported that water services and other facilities will be put in place at the new site in the coming weeks.
