The owner of fast-food chain Supermacs says businesses in Ennis should be looking to work with them following a fresh application for a motorway service station here.
Pat McDonagh has lodged a fourth application for a plaza site near Junction 12 on the M18.

Two previous applications were eventually withdrawn, while Clare County Council approved another that was eventually overturned by An Bord Pleanala.
Mr McDonagh insists the project would be of huge benefit to Ennis town centre if given the green light.
