A Thunderstorm warning has been announced for Clare.
The status yellow event will come into effect at 5.17pm and stay in place until 7pm this evening.

Met Éireann is warning of the potential for spot flooding, lightning damage and difficult travelling conditions.
The status yellow warning will also apply to Cork.
