Met Éireann has upgraded it’s weather warning for Clare to Orange.
Strong winds associated with Storm Callum, coinciding with high spring tides, will hit Ireland on Thursday night and Friday morning, with coastal areas the worst affected.

Gusts of up to 130 kilometres per hour are expected between 10 o’clock tomorrow night and 12 noon on Friday, with the worst of it overnight and early morning.
Meteorologist with Met Eireann Joanna Donnelly says all coastal counties will be impacted.
