Slight Drop In Number Of New Vehicles Registered In Clare Between January And May

There’s been a slight drop in the number of new vehicles registered in Clare in the first five months of the year.

This county saw 1,304 new cars documented between January and May, compared to 1,333 in the same period in 2021.

Figures from the Society of the Irish Motor Industry show electric cars saw a 50 percent increase here, while new diesel vehicles registered locally fell by 20 percent.
