A Clare Punter has started the New Year in style by striking rich in the Lotto.
Over €6.3m in prizes was dished out by the National Lottery in the annual Millionaire Raffle.

Among the 8,500 winners were the six recipients of a €100,000 scoop in Clare, Cork, Donegal, Meath, Kildare and Louth.
The winning ticket in this county was sold at Daybreak, Drumgeely in Shannon.
