Shannon Group’s CEO is calling for the Employment Wage Subsidy Scheme to remain in place while demand for their services is suppressed.
Funding amounting to over 10 million euro has been confirmed for Shannon Airport today by Minister of State at the Department of Transport, Hildegarde Naughton.

The windfall for the airport has been welcomed by CEO Mary Considine, who is campaigning for Shannon Airport to maintain access to the Regional Airports Programme for the duration of it’s recovery period.
However, speaking with Clare FM’s Rebecca O’ Sullivan, Mary Considine believes the retention of the EWSS and the rates waiver are crucial.
