A newly-formed Shannon company which specializes in the installation of wind turbines is confident that it can grow and employ more people in the coming years.

Eco-Eir renewables, which is located in the Smithstown Industrial Estate, is hoping to employ at least 15 people on a direct and indirect basis by the beginning of next year with further expansion in the years ahead.
The company specialises in the sale, installation and maintenance of micro-generation wind turbines and managing director Steve O’Mara feels renewable energy will become increasingly attractive to home-owners in the years ahead.
