School Closures Look Likely In Pay Dispute

It looks increasingly likely that thousands of secondary school students could be forced to stay at home on Monday – if teachers embark on their own industrial action.

17 hundred members of the ASTI union have threatened to withdraw from supervision and substitution duties as part of their row over pay and conditions.
