18 Kilos of tobacco have been seized from a passenger at Shannon Airport.

Revenue says the find was made earlier today as a result of routine profiling, and that the roll your own tobacco was discovered in the luggage of an Irishman who had arrived on a flight from Tenerife.
The tobacco has an estimated value of around 7,000 euro.
Investigations are ongoing and a file is being prepared in anticipation of a prosecution.
