Pharmaceutical giant Roche is seeking an international investor to take over its Clarecastle site.
The company which is still in the process of decommissioning its facility in the village has appointed Cushman and Wakefield Commercial Real Estate Agents to take the site to market.

The brownfield site is being marketed under the objective of bringing long-term jobs to the area.
Clarecastle Roche Project Owner Joe Murphy says it’s an extremely attractive site.
