A road is closed in south-east Clare followed a road traffic collision this afternoon.
A two-vehicle crash is believed to have taken place at approximately 2:30pm between Killaloe and Ardnacrusha.

Emergency services have attended the scene and no injuries have been reported as yet.
The route is currently closed, with traffic coming from Killaloe to be diverted at Clonlara while traffic from Limerick will be diverted Barry’s Shop in Ardnacrusha.
