It’s hoped the Burren & Cliffs Of Moher Geopark will see greater nationwide promotion following it’s inclusion in a new UNESCO collaboration project.
The geopark has joined an all-island initiative that will connect all UNESCO sites across Ireland.

The UNESCO Together network consists of 14 UNESCO sites who will connect through culture and heritage which aims to involve over 650 people in activities such as workshops and community exchanges.
Geologist for Burren & Cliffs of Moher UNESCO Global Geopark, Dr. Eamon Doyle, says the network will allow the park to enhance its offering to visitors.
