Rental prices are now almost 2.5% higher in Clare than they were this time last year.
It’s now an average of €814 to rent three-bedroom semi detached house in this county, while a 4-bed will on average set renters back over €900 per month.

The figures from Daft.ie show there’s been an increase in Clare of more than double the national average of rental prices, which is 1.2%.
