The controversial policy is being enforced at pre-clearance facilities at the mid-west airport, and prevents entry to the US for people from seven countries.
The demonstration, which is due to take place from 6pm, has been organised by anti-war group Shannonwatch, but is due to be attended by a number of groups including Sinn Féin and the Anti-Austerity Alliance/People Before Profit.
The AAA's Clare representative, Seónaidh Ní Shíomóin says a clear message needs to be sent to the Government.
