Clare Gardaí are reportedly making progress on the delivery on a CCTV system for Ennis town.
A surveillance system is currently installed in Shannon Town Park, but hasn’t been operational in three years due to stalled digital recording legislation.

It remains unknown where exactly the Ennis system would be concentrated.
Clare Local Community Safety Partnership Chair PJ Ryan is confident it will be up and running in the near future.
