Gardaí are investigating a fatal stabbing in Cork.
The victim, a man in his twenties was discovered lying on a footpath by officers who were on routine patrol in Passage West at around midnight

The scene has now been preserved for a technical examination and the office of The State Pathologist informed.
Another man in his 20’s has been arrested in connection with the incident
