Gardaí investigating the discovery of a baby on a roadside in Dublin are expected to hold a press conference this morning.
The little girl is said to be in a stable condition at the Coombe Hospital – after being found in a plastic bag on the Steelstown Road in Rathcoole on Friday afternoon.
