Postmasters Claim Dept Of Social Protection Is Trying To Shut Them Down

Postmasters claim the Department of Social Protection is trying to shut them down after a change in payments policy.

The Department has written to 40 thousand part-time or casual workers in receipt of social welfare payments telling them they'll be getting their money via bank transfer.
