Clare Camogie Bidding To Build On Positive Start To All Ireland Championship

The manager of the Clare camogie squad insists they now have a solid foundation to build on in the All Ireland senior championship.

A nine point win over Down in their opening round tie sees Clare already moving away from the relegation battle in the top tier, with management targeting a spot in the quarter-finals.

They make the trip to Dublin next weekend where another win would see them within touching distance of reaching that goal.
