Pope Francis Appoints New Bishop Of Galway, Kilmacduagh And Kilfenora

Pope Francis has appointed a new Bishop of Galway, Kilmacduagh and Kilfenora.

Bishop Michael Duignan, who’s currently the Bishop of Clonfert, is replacing retiring Bishop of Galway Brendan Kelly and will continue to hold his current position.

The two diocese include portions of Clare, Galway, Mayo, Offaly and Roscommon.
