Clare’s Chief Superintendent insists an ‘aggressive’ approach is being taken towards dealing with local feuds.

It’s after fears were expressed at this week’s Joint Policing Committee meeting about an escalation in violent incidents throughout the county over the last number of months.

Elected representatives told Gardai of their concerns around aggressive events such as car windows being smashed, houses being vandalised and individuals fighting on streets.
