A planning application has been submitted for upgrade works at Trump International Hotel and Golf Resort in Doonbeg.
The development would consist of a new internal access road with drain crossing, formalised staff car parking areas and minor alterations to Doughmore House, O’Dea’s Barn and Healy House, all of which are on site.

Among the proposed alterations to Doughmore House are the construction of a basketball court, and two soft play areas.
Clare County Council is due to make a decision on the application by April 4th.
