People In Clare & Midwest Praised For Efforts To Suppress COVID-19

The people of Clare and the Midwest have been praised for their efforts in suppressing COVID-19.

After a recent significant spike in cases of the virus, there have only been two days in which more than ten COVID cases have been recorded in Clare on any given day this month.

The fall-off coincides with a drop in cases nationally, which is expected to allow the government to decide that Level 5 restrictions can be eased from next week.
