Parish Remains On High-Alert

Paris remains on high-alert this morning – after a man wearing a vest strapped with fake explosives and wielding a butchers knife was shot by police.

It happened as the city marked the one year anniversary of the Charlie Hebdo attacks.

The suspect reportedly shouted 'Allahu akbar' as he launched himself at two police officers.
