Over 600 new residential address points were created in Clare last year.
The findings of a new report have revealed that more than 650 residential buildings were classified as under construction in this county in the final month of 2025.
The GeoDirectory Residential Buildings Report for the closing three-month period of 2025 shows 613 new residential address points in Clare were added to its database across last year.
A total of 655 residential buildings were deemed under construction last month while the national figure was up 25.5% on the same month of 2024.
The residential vacancy rate in Clare in December was just under 5% which was above the national average of 3.7%.
The figures reveal that 1,009 residential property transactions were recorded in this county in the twelve months to November 2025, with almost 11% of these involving new dwellings.
The average price of a home in this period was €320,218.
