Ongoing Concern In North Clare As Planning Permission Denied Due To Inadequate Sewage Infrastructure

Concern is being raised in North Clare after 28 houses were denied planning permission in Lahinch.

The planning application for the homes was refused by Clare County Council due to what is described as inadequate sewage facilities in the town.

A number of objections were submitted to the initial plans, with the application currently within its An Bord Pleanála appeal period.
