O’Donnell Wins Right To Appeal Trespass Order

Solicitor Brian O'Donnell has returned to the Gorse Hill mansion in South Dublin after being told he will be allowed to stay there until his appeal is heard next Thursday.

He's appealing the High Court ruling yesterday which saw Bank of Ireland secure a trespass order against Mr O'Donnell – who owes the bank over 70 million euro.

Brian O'Donnell told the Court that proceedings had been "railroaded" against him to prevent an appeal.
