Talks get underway on forming a new power-sharing executive in Stormont this morning.
Parties have three weeks to reach agreement, or voters will be facing another election.

Sinn Fein is so far refusing to agree to Arlene Foster’s involvement in the Executive until the controversy over the Cash for Ash scheme has been settled.
However her party colleague Jeffrey Donaldson says that’s not a good starting point.
