Ennistymon is set to play host to a new literary festival celebrating the life and times of Dylan Thomas.
The inaugural event will be held at the Falls Hotel in Ennistymon which was once the home of Thomas wife Caitlin.
She was the daughter of Francis MacNamara, a poet, who transformed Ennistymon House into the current hotel

The three-day festival, from May 18th to 20th, will feature lectures, recitals, a documentary screening and a history tour outlining Ennistymon’s connections to Thomas and other poets, including Brian Merriman.
