Ireland’s to exit the bailout without any safety net of back-up Troika loans with the Taoiseach declaring "this is the right decision".
The Cabinet’s made the decision at an extraordinary meeting this morning after it became apparent that anyt request for a back-stop would have to be made at the Eurogroup meeting of Finance Ministers this afternoon.
