Kilkee is set to be the location for a tourism TV commercial, based around the coastal town’s Christmas Day swim.
The piece will be filmed later this month and will air throughout December, with the West Clare Cancer Centre set to be the beneficiary from donations made on the day of shooting.

People in the area are being asked to volunteer as both swimmers and spectators, with filming due to take place in the next ten days.
Kilkee-based Fianna Fail Councillor Cillian Murphy says Christmas will be coming early to West Clare.
