Asking prices for new homes in Clare stayed flat in 2025.
That’s among the findings of a newly published report, which shows the number of properties for sale in this county also declined.
According to MyHome.ie’s Property Price Report for the final quarter of 2025, which covers the October to December period, the average asking price for a home in Clare was €285,000.
This shows no change from the previous quarter and when attention turns to three and four-bed homes, the results are similar.
Three-bed homes in Clare are now listing for an average of €275,000; a modest increase of €5,000 in the last three months, while four bed homes are now going on the market for an average of €308,750; up €13,750 over the same period.
There were 269 properties for sale in Clare at the end of the year, which was also a drop of 5% over the quarter.
While the average time for a property to go sale agreed in the county after being placed up for sale now stands at just over four months.
