Motorists are being urged to drive with caution in West Clare this morning, following an oil spill.
The oil slick is reported on a four kilometre section of the R484, which is the main road between Kilmihil and Cree.

Clare County Council has been notified and crews are understood to be en route to treat the affected section of the route.
