More overcrowding issues at University Hospital Limerick

University Hospital Limerick is once more the busiest in the country today.

According to statistics from the Irish Nurses and Midwives Organistation, 40 patients are waiting on beds at the regions main emergency department.

Of those, 26 are on trollies while 14 are in overflow areas of wards.

The next busiest nationwide is Beaumont Hospital in Dublin where 36 patients are waiting on beds.
