Former British Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher has died.

According to her spokesman Lord Bell the 87 year old passed away this morning from a stoke.
Baroness Thatcher was British prime minister from 1979 to 1990 and the Conservative Party member was the first woman to hold the post.
