Investigations are continuing after a man was arrested for carrying a loaded gun in Limerick.
The 25-year-old was stopped and searched by Gardaí near Colbert Station yesterday evening.

The firearm was discovered in the man’s backpack along with loose ammunition.
He’s being held at Roxboro Garda Station.
