A 37-year-old Romanian man is due back before a court in Galway today, in connection with the murder of teacher and publican John Kenny.

Last weekend the man was remanded with custody after he was charged over withholding information in the case.
Meanwhile, gardaí are continuing to question a woman in her 60s over Mr Kenny’s death in Oughterard, on September 25th.
56-year-old John Kenny was found dead in his pub, with his hands tied behind his back.
