Limerick Nurses Suspend Work To Rule

Nurses at St Camillus Hospital in Limerick have suspended their work to rule.

This follows an interim agreement reached at the Workplace Relations Commission.

It is understood intensive efforts are being made to recruit  additional nurses to deal with recent staff shortages.

The HSE has also agreed interim rosters, with the main nursing unions  the INMO and SIPTU.

The Workplace Relations Commission has agreed to reconvene both sides  on Monday, May 9th, to review progress.
