A Limerick hairdresser has offered free haircuts for clients he deems essential, despite level 5 restrictions.
Niall Colgan says he’s willing to go to jail if it means he can cut some peoples hair.

He says they include clients whose hair is growing back after chemotherapy and those with various disorders including alopecia and trichotillomania (PR: try-co-till-o-mania) – where someone pulls their hair out.
