Large Crowds are expected in West Clare this weekend for what has been dubbed one of the highlights of the summer calendar.
The West Clare Show brings together the best of farming, horses, local crafts and family entertainment.

It takes place in Kilrush on Saturday, with a packed programme featuring show jumping, cattle classes, Connemara ponies, a dog show, vintage displays, food, music and plenty of activities for all ages.
Show organiser Nicky Johnson says part of this year’s focus will be encouraging younger generations to keep events like this alive.
