Lahinch Bar Owner Calls For More Focus From Tourism Minister

A North Clare bar and café owner is calling for more focus on tourism in government.

It comes as a new report from the Irish Tourism Industry Confederation has found that 11,500 additional tourism beds will be needed in Ireland in the next decade, if we are to meet an expected 13.2 million annual foreign visitors by 2032.

Minister for Tourism of Ireland, Catherine Martin’s portfolio also covers Culture, Arts, the Gaeltacht, Sport and Media.
