The Killaloe Coast Guard Unit was tasked to assist a vessel on Lough Derg this afternoon in their third callout in less than a week.
Shortly after 1.30pm today the unit was requested to respond to a Jetski with two people on board which had engine difficulty and drifted into shallow water north of Ballyvally on the Clare shore of the lake.

Once at the scene the two people were taken aboard the Coast Guard vessel and the Jetski was towed to Two Mile Gate Slipway.
