The Justice Minister says he regrets that the family of a Co Limerick murder victim has been forced to leave the country – due to threats against their lives.
Roy Collins’ parents and brother and sister had been under constant armed Garda protection since the 34 year old was shot dead in April 2009.

Its emerged the State has bought a bar and casino business in Roxboro operated by the family – to enable them to move abroad.
Alan Shatter says he was determined since his appointment that the State would do everything it could to assist the Collins family.
