NBI Says Nearly 3,500 East Clare Premises Able To Order Broadband ‘Very Shortly’

National Broadband Ireland says nearly 3,500 premises in Kilkishen and surrounding areas of East Clare will be able to order broadband ‘very shortly’.

23,000 premises in the county are included in the State’s Intervention Area under the National Broadband Plan, with NBI claiming its made ‘substantial progress’ in Clare recently.

There have been concerns raised previosuly about the speedout of the rollout locally, with some Clare premises not scheduled to be connected until 2026.
