Clare Gardai are set to be out in force this Bank Holiday weekend with an increased number of checkpoints across the county’s roads.
A Roads Policing Enforcement Operation will be in place in the hopes of preventing serious injuries and fatal road traffic collisions.
Gardai are asking people to drive at appropriate speeds and not to drive under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
