“Very Strong” Pipeline Of New Homes About To Come On Market In Clare

It’s claimed there’s a very strong pipeline of new homes about to come onto the market in Clare.

GeoDirectory’s latest report, which looks at Quarter 4 of 2019, has found that as of the end of last year, there are some 265 residential properties under construction in this county.

This is a rise of 51% on the figure of 175 from 12 months previously, while the county’s vacancy rate of 6.5% is also described as very healthy and gives some breathing space in terms of the prices increasing.

Chief Executive of GeoDirectory Dara Keogh has been telling Clare FM’s James Mulhall that Clare is performing better than the national average in terms of new builds.
