Plans have been lodged for 43 houses in North Clare.
Patrick, Eilís, Padraig, Dara & Diarmuid Blake have sought permission from Clare County Council to develop the site on Holland Street / Holland Drive, Liscannor.
The proposed build would see a mix of dormer storey and two storey houses, and dormer two and a half storey apartment / duplexes.

The housing estate would comprise of 7 two-beds, 28 three-beds and 8 four-bedroom properties.
A decision is due from Clare County Council on October 25th.
